Common questions
How is engagement rate calculated?
(Likes + Comments + Shares) ÷ Views — the standard engagement-rate formula. Just enter the four raw numbers and the rate calculates and color-codes itself.
What do the colors on the Engagement Rate column mean?
Green is 10% or higher, amber is 5–10%, and grey is below 5% — a quick visual read on which posts are actually landing.
Can I add a new platform?
Yes — use one of the two blank rows in Platform Summary, type the platform name to match what you use in Performance Log, and the averages calculate automatically.
What if I don’t track shares on a platform?
Leave that cell blank or enter 0 — the engagement rate formula still works, it’ll just reflect likes and comments only for that post.
