Common questions
How do the Status and Priority dropdowns work?
Click any cell in the Status or Priority column and a small arrow appears — click it to choose from the list instead of typing. This keeps the Dashboard’s counts accurate, since a typo would break the automatic counting.
Can I add more platforms or statuses?
Platforms are free text, so add as many as you like. Statuses and priorities are fixed lists by design — that’s what makes the Dashboard’s counts and color-coding work automatically.
What happens when I run out of blank rows?
Select an existing formatted row, copy it, and paste it into a new row underneath — the dropdown and color-coding carry over automatically.
Does the Dashboard update automatically?
Yes — every KPI card and the status chart are live formulas that recalculate the moment you change a Status or add a new idea.
